This page covers the website at hagworks.com. Each app has its own privacy policy on its own site, for example hagolf.app/privacy.

Who is responsible

Hagworks, the eenmanszaak of Maurits van ’t Hag in the Netherlands. You can reach me at contact@hagworks.com.

What this website collects

Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other parties: the fonts and images are served from hagworks.com itself.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep out attacks, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address and browser type. I do not use that data to identify or follow you.

When you email me

If you write to an @hagworks.com address, your message and address are stored in my mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. I use them only to answer you and, if we work together, for that work and the records the law requires. I delete conversations that lead nowhere after two years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use. Email contact@hagworks.com and you will hear back within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
